Trust and safety

Verification you can check, privacy you can rely on

Dental travel only works when the clinic, the plan and the price can be trusted. Here is exactly what we check and how your data is handled.

Clinic verification

What we check before a clinic is listed

Clinic licence

We confirm the clinic holds a valid national licence to operate and that it is in good standing.

Dentist registration

Each treating dentist listed on a profile is checked against the national register of their country.

Hygiene and equipment

Sterilisation protocols, imaging equipment and laboratory setup are reviewed before listing.

Warranty terms

Clinics must provide written warranty terms and describe what happens if re-treatment is needed.

Your data

Medical documents stay private

X-rays, CBCT scans and photos are health data and are treated as such.

  • Documents are stored in private storage and are never reachable through a public link.
  • Only you, your assigned coordinator and the clinics you agree to share with can open your files.
  • Sharing health data with clinics requires a separate, explicit consent that you can withdraw at any time.
Consent and data rights

What we are not

DentaVoyage is a marketplace and coordination service, not a healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, we do not recommend a specific clinical treatment, and we do not replace an in-person examination.

Treatment plans and cost estimates are preliminary and do not constitute a final diagnosis or binding quote. The final treatment plan and price are confirmed after an in-person clinical examination.

If something goes wrong

Contact your coordinator. We collect the clinical documentation, raise the case with the clinic under its written warranty terms, and stay involved until the case is closed. Repeated unresolved complaints lead to removal from the platform.
