Terms of service
Accepting the terms is required to create an account and submit a treatment request.
Processing of health-related information
A separate, explicit consent covering the diagnosis details, dental history and documents you upload. Without it we cannot review your request.
Sharing your request with selected clinics
Names the clinics your request and documents are sent to. Clinics you do not select never see your data.
Marketing messages
Optional. Occasional updates about destinations and price changes. Declining has no effect on your request.
Your rights
What you can request at any time
Withdraw a consent
Turn off any consent in your account. Withdrawal is timestamped and stops further sharing immediately; it does not undo processing that already happened lawfully.
Export your data
Request a machine-readable copy of your profile, requests, offers, messages and uploaded documents.
Delete your account
Request deletion of your account and data. We keep only what we are legally required to retain, for example commercial records of a completed booking.
